RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may want to return your item or items or would like to cancel your course, a refund, store credit or a rearranged course date can be given. Please see below for all information on our return and refund policy.
RETURNS / CANCELLATION of COURSES
All returns or cancelations MUST be returned/cancelled within 30 days of purchase date. All items MUST be in new and unused condition or unregistered on E-Learning courses, with all original tags and labels attached. This is in accordance with the consumer act 2015.
RETURN / CANCELLATION of COURSES PROCESS
To return any item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, return your purchase to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for any shipping charges. We also strongly recommend that you use a trackable method if mailing your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item. We will process your return. Please allow 14 working Days from the receipt of your item to process your request. We will notify you by email or telephone communication when your return has been processed.
If you are forced to cancel a course due to medical reasons and proof is produced by a signed and stamped medical documentation, a negotiated refund will be granted.
The following Items CAN NOT be turned:
• Any special orders.
• Damaged or used items
